Photography has always been a part of who I am. It’s a way of seeing the world, focusing on the little details and enjoying the small moments. For me, a photo is never just a photo. It’s everything that led up to it: the journey, the people, the planning, the scene, the beauty of the moment, and the editing afterwards. Photography is about memories and emotions, and that’s what I try to capture and share. I started taking photos thanks to a Photography class at my school when I was 12. My dad, who also enjoys photography, took the chance to teach me the basics of technique and composition. From there, it was all self-learning and curiosity to explore new methods and perspectives, until the camera became almost an extension of myself. In 2022, I joined the Penya Fotogràfica de Badalona (APFB), a photography club where I’ve met incredible photographers and continue to learn a lot. In 2025, after moving to Switzerland, I became a member of the Photo International Club Zürich (PICZ). I’m currently officially affiliated in both the Catalan Federation of Photography and the Spanish Confederation of Photography through APFB, where I compete in both the Catalan and Spanish leagues. Over the years, my work has received several recognitions, including: ― 2025: Winner of the Catalan Photography League – Young Category ― 2025: Awarded in the Photo Contest of the Illes Medes, Montgrí and Baix Ter Natural Park ― 2024: Winner of the Catalan Photography League – Landscape Category ― 2021: Awarded in FotoNAT-UB by the Animal Biodiversity Resource Center, University of Barcelona ― 2019: Awarded in the VI Physics Photography Contest of the Catalan Physics Society Photography is a field of constant learning and discovery. And as someone wise once said… the best photo is the one yet to be taken!
